As a cultural tour guide with a keen eye for value and authenticity, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Airport Suites Hostel & Travel during a short layover in Hanoi. I opted for a private room with a private bathroom, and I must say, the room exceeded my expectations in size and comfort. the bed was plush, the bathroom spacious with complimentary toiletries, offering more than some 4-star hotels I've encountered. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional value for money - at less than £20 including airport transfers, it's a steal! The staff's attention to detail and hospitality were exemplary, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience, especially during unexpected situations like navigating through heavy traffic en route to the airport. the manager's quick thinking and willingness to go above and beyond saved the day for many guests, including myself. Despite my brief stay, I found Airport Suites Hostel & Travel to be a hidden gem for those looking for convenience, affordability, and superb service near the airport. I'll undoubtedly return on my next visit to Vietnam.
